I know everyone loves AI (I mean… I may have even used it to help write this post 😉), but when it comes to your health, it’s not always accurate.

Health decisions deserve real conversations with trained professionals who understand the full picture.

So yes, use technology. Be curious. Google your questions.
But when it’s time to make decisions about your health, talk to experts.

We’ve come a long way since the 90s… and not just the turtlenecks and chains. 😂

Bariatric surgery has evolved BIG time too.
✔️ Safer procedures
✔️ Minimally invasive techniques
✔️ Shorter hospital stays
✔️ More consistent, long-term outcomes

If your impression of weight loss surgery is stuck in the “gastric band era,” it might be time for an update. Today’s sleeve and bypass procedures are backed by decades of research and real-world results.
