Shoutout to the amazing youth workers from Bright Spot Farm who joined us today at Hedera Yoga Studio!

These young leaders are holding space in their communities with power and heart—and today, we offered them space to just be. No expectations. No pressure. Just presence.

Through healing-centered yoga, our teens explored breathwork, movement, and mindfulness—tools they can carry into every part of their lives. Because leadership starts with self-care, and rest is a right, not a reward.

We’re proud to show them something different.
