“This is our little Miss Riley Jean showing off her onesie. We followed Amber Garbe from her previous office because she’s just amazing and is truly like family to me after all previous losses and fertility struggles and her comfort. I ended up with pre eclampsia and had Riley at 34 weeks via C-Section by Dr. Smith (also an amazing doctor) and here we are 7 months later just as happy and cute as she can be. I will forever be appreciative of everyone at WLW. So thank you so much!”

“Meet Livia 🥹💕🍭 Just wanted to thank the entire WLW team for the exceptional care and support during my pregnancy and a special thanks to Dr. Smith 🫂 after loosing our first daughter, I sought out a different ob, which lead me to WLW. I was excited, scared, and very nervous. Every visit, Dr. Smith validated my concerns but reassured me that my baby was healthy and doing well. Minutes before going into the OR she saw my Husband who was also very scared and nervous. She took the time to speak with him, he said she was kind but confident in her words which helped him through the entire process. 7 years ago we weren’t scared.
Stakes were high and there was not room for failure. Doctors were not leaving employed practice.
But we did.
It took years of planning, preparation , support, and decision making. Starting a medical practice is no joke.
It started as a dream, then written into a journal, and then hours every Sunday in our kitchens designing and creating our vision.
We have thrived, stumbled, fought to stay true to our vision, not always preformed how we desire, adjusted, and battled through growth and change.
We will continue to improve and stay centered in our values. We are gritty and determined.
We can’t believe our doors open 7 years ago today.
Thank you to everyone who has been along for the journey.
We live in such a busy world. Not a moment to catch your breath, pause for reflection, appreciate the journey, or take it in. And went it happens…it hits during a fleeting moment.
Today, we take it ALL in.
We still have so many dreams and desires for our practice.

💫2024 was amazing, exhausting, frustrating, and beautiful💫

The landscape of medicine continues to change and it feels more challenging to provide the care our community deserves. WLW went through tremendous growth this last year. We brought on new providers and staff, moved into a beautiful new building and home, we changed our electronic medical record system (which truthfully was the biggest challenge of the year and one we are still grappling with), and expanded care options as we strive to give more comprehensive care.

We have big dreams for 2025.

Our most important goal is always to improve but stay to true to our values and mission.

We will continue to work to be be more efficient, adjust and make changes needed to give phenomenal care, stay current with trends and new tech while staying rooted in evidence, fight outside forces to give the care our patients and families deserve, cultivate the culture within our staff, and prioritize the care of each other.

We went through a lot for this little one and Dr Smith gave nothing but reassurance and top tier care throughout the process. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
