A midlife metamorphosis is a real thing🦋

I had to go through some wrong turns, U turns and complete detours, but I am now fully stepping in…as an agent for positive change for the woman like me, who wants to prioritize trending positive in their body and vitality 🌟

As a 47 year old, I let the wave 🌊 get on top of me for a while- got a little fluffier, low energy/ mood eh feeling stuck about it.

I mean this IS a tricky transition but this year, I found a few k***s to turn and it has unlocked exactly what I have been stuck on.

This has been natural process of alignment and I WANT to share it all perhaps that connect some dots for you too.

•let other people have ANY opinion they have 👉 mental freedom for you and them

•when i am in my body, it immediately uplevels everything I have been desperately trying to achieve in the mind.

Was given inspiration on this one from my own beloved Angel Begonia. She was handed down to me by a dear friend years ago when my kids were little and has been giving life to many Angel babies before and since - in fact some of you have a part of her in your homes🪴🥰

Her legacy is long and has been giving to others for over 60 years at this point ✨🪴❕

She is like having a wise grandma in your presence 🪽✨🤍 steady and giving
