Join me here or around Wilmington and start your yoga journey. Buti is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. Within the context of yoga, the term Shala is often used interchangeably with "yoga studio" or "yoga space," in which communities gather to practice together. I initially started this page in 2015 making jewelry and other items primarily out of spent bullet casings. I still dabble in wearable ammo fun!! I can customize anything you need. I will always make beautiful one of a kind Sharks 🦈 Tooth pieces found right here within an hour of Wilmington by my Fossil Hunting Buddy Bob!! I have shifted my focus to making jewelry with a healing crystals ✨️💫 and things a little more elegant. I of course have plenty Vintage Sports & Food Blue Prints on hand. The sky's the limit when it comes to your or my imagination ✨️ so let's chat, put our ideas 💡 together and create something special for your loved one 💖

Honor your Body ❤️
After about 2 weeks of not teaching classes I didn't feel like I could safely teach Burn. I have to build back up to it.
