Our Story

I am a Wilmington, Delaware Chiropractor of 26 years who cares about seeing you happy and healthy. When you come to Cooke Chiropractic, come as you are! With open hours at specific times you don’t need an appointment! I will realign your vertebrae in order to allow your body to optimize the communication between your brain, your nerve system, and, therefore, your entire physical being. I personalize adjustments for individualized chiropractic care.

I believe in maintaining your spine so your body can function at its best. You “maintain” your vehicles and so should you maintain your spine by being adjusted regularly!

Our hours are Monday 9-11:30am & 3:30 to 7pm, Wednesday 9-11:30am & 3:30-7pm, Thursday 9-11:30am & 7-9pm, and Friday 9-11:30 and 3:30-7pm.

I also teach classes on most Tuesday evenings at 7 in the office. I like to teach common sense approaches to Abundant Wellness. I believe that we encounter far too many toxins in our lives and we all need to know how to stay abundantly well!
