Our internet and phone lines have been restored! Thank you for your patience as we work to catch up. Our systems were down earlier today, and some patient appointments had to be canceled. We appreciate your understanding as we resume normal operations.

UPDATE AS OF 11:30 AM - We are back up and running and our pharmacies can process insurance and accept credit cards. Our phones are still down. If you received a text message that your appointment was canceled this morning, we will call you to reschedule as soon as we are able.

UPDATE - Our pharmacies are open and can fill prescriptions, but cannot process insurance or credit cards. Please come in to request refills and plan to pay with cash or check.

All CFHC locations are experiencing a major internet outage this morning. Our systems are down, including our phones. We kindly ask for your patience.

Wilson Community Health Center and Freedom Hill Community Health Center will see patients as scheduled.

Harvest Family Health Center and Carolina Family Dental Center appointments and any appointments for radiology for the first half of today will be rescheduled.
