A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc. A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver services in eastern NC to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver, state-funded and Medicaid services in two MCO service regions: Alliance Health, and Trillium Health Resources with offices in Wilson, Rocky Mount, Wilmington, Goldsboro, Smithfield, Jacksonville, Kenansville, Clinton, and Greenville. We provide an array of community-based services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services promote individual choice, empowerment and community inclusion. A Caring Heart provides day program services at nine Independence Centers, residential supports at eight group homes and individual AFL homes, plus overnight respite at Aunt Max's Respite Care in Wilson.

Our Jacksonville day program held a turkey trot last week which consisted of a two lap challenge and a fun exercise circuit followed by a Friendsgiving turkey dinner hosted, and donated by our community friends in Jacksonville. Our Jacksonville program has a lot to be thankful for this year. We combined both day programs and moved into a new building with lots of space for fun activities.
