We are finally back ❤️

Easy Does It Cafe is coming back… just on a different night — you guys asked and we listened 🙌

Starting Saturday, May 9, we are opening the doors again for a night of music, coffee, and connection.

🎤 Open Mic Night with Ean Corbet
Ean will be playing throughout the night in between open mic sets, so whether you want to share something or just sit back and listen, the music will keep flowing throughout the night.

If you have a song, a poem, or something on your heart… bring it. If not, just come hang out. That is what this space is for.

At Wilson County’s Fentanyl Awareness Day, grieving parents, recovery advocates and local agencies shared stories, overdose data and naloxone resources to address Wilson County’s fentanyl-related deaths.

Life can get heavy sometimes. We carry stress, emotions, and thoughts that never really get the space they need. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and take a deeper look within.
Join us for our Healing Room sessions—a space designed for reflection, growth, and inner peace. Through guided meditation, breath work, and intentional moments of stillness, we come together to reconnect and reset.

RC3 presents this event on behalf of Safe Kids Wilson County. Families are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day exploring trucks, emergency vehicles, and heavy equipment up close.

The event will be held at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1815 Airport Blvd NW, Wilson, NC, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Children can look, tour, and touch working vehicles while enjoying bouncy houses, face painting, door prizes, and more. Families will also be able to purchase food and treats from on-site food trucks.

Quiet Time will be observed from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with no loud noises or flashing lights. Admission is free, and donations are welcome.

Safe Kids Wilson County is a child injury prevention coalition dedicated to keeping children safe. Based on local needs, the coalition offers evidence-based programs, including car seat checkups, safety workshops, and sports clinics, that help parents and caregivers prevent childhood injuries.

Events like Big Wheels on the Field help raise awareness, connect families to resources, and promote child safety in a fun and engaging way.

Bring the family and come enjoy a great day while supporting a safer future for our children! 💙
