We are finally back ❀️

Easy Does It Cafe is coming back… just on a different night β€” you guys asked and we listened πŸ™Œ

Starting Saturday, May 9, we are opening the doors again for a night of music, coffee, and connection.

🎀 Open Mic Night with Ean Corbet
Ean will be playing throughout the night in between open mic sets, so whether you want to share something or just sit back and listen, the music will keep flowing throughout the night.

If you have a song, a poem, or something on your heart… bring it. If not, just come hang out. That is what this space is for.

NEW Series: Substance Use During Pregnancy

Our second training, "Perinatal Stimulant Use" will be on Friday, May 15th at 8:30am! The training will be held in the Wilson County Health Department training room. Melissa L Godwin, MSW, LCSW will be the speaker for this months training!

This series is FREE and open to Physicians, PAs, NPs, nurses, social workers, and all others interested in the topic! Credit hours are available and listed on the flyer.

With an increase in prescribed and illicit stimulant use across populations, use has also increased during pregnancy. We will spend time reviewing current research on the potential impact of stimulant exposure during pregnancy and how to communicate information to patients with available materials. Stimulant use disorder treatment and harm reduction strategies will also be discussed.

Although this series is completely free, registration is required. See the link below for more information! https://www.arealahec.org/courses-and-events/78127/perinatal-stimulant-use
