Which one is the truth?
1. You need exactly 8 hours of sleep every night.
2. There's no cure for insomnia. 
3. It's ok to nap if you have insomnia.

Everyone needs a different amount of sleep. The ideal is between 7 and 9 hours.

There's no cure for insomnia. 
The key to overcoming insomnia is to address the underlying health issues that are affecting your sleep.
TRUTH!
It's ok to nap if you have insomnia. 
Taking a short nap at the right time of day can actually help you sleep better at night.

A sleep study will show why you can't sleep.
Sleep studies look for sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. If you don’t have a true disorder, it won’t show the root cause of why you can’t sleep normally.
