Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose, support those who grieve, and work to prevent future tragedies.

Overdose is now one of the leading causes of accidental death. But with education, access to resources, and the power to act quickly in an emergency, lives can be saved.

At Full Code CPR, we are committed to:

✅ Raising awareness about Naloxone/Narcan
✅ Supporting community efforts to prevent overdose deaths

Oregon students are heading back to class — let’s make this school year a safe one! Whether they’re walking, biking, busing, or learning online, a few simple safety habits go a long way. 👇

✅ Drivers: Slow down in school zones and watch for kids crossing
🚶‍♀️ Walkers: Cross at crosswalks and make eye contact with drivers
🚴 Bikers: Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules
🚌 Bus Riders: Stay back until the bus stops completely

If a child goes into suspected cardiac arrest, your next steps depend on whether it was witnessed or unwitnessed:

Witnessed: Call 911 immediately and grab an AED.
Unwitnessed: Start 5 cycles of CPR first before leaving to call 911 or get help.
