Aspen Ridge Property Services has grown to become a property maintenance leader in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas. As our business has developed over many years, we strive to continue offering our expertise and services to commercial, industrial, and retail facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Properties expand from Gresham to the east side of the Willamette River.
Porter Services are designed to help support the image of any property. We are looking for a Day Porter that is contracted and carries their own liability insurance. This opportunity includes taking care of client properties/buildings and carrying out cleaning, maintenance and porter duties. The goal is to keep designated properties in a clean and orderly condition. We provide all needed cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (trash service, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain paper products in restrooms
• Occasional pressure washing and window cleaning
• And more..

Skills
• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Must be a good communicator with the Operations Manager

Minimum Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• Be in possession of a valid Driver's License
• Reliable means of transportation
• Be able to lift up to 40lbs

While the job is not exactly strenuous, you will be doing a decent amount of walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying.

Window washing, pressure washing, checking on commercial properties we clean and maintain. Helping clean and keep our warehouse organized, etc. Pay is $20 an hour. We will train you up and we provide all necessary equipment. You need to have a drivers license and reliable transportation to our office in Wilsonville. We have work vehicles you would use as necessary during the work day. Several opportunities available, including part time work and cleaning/porter work as well.
