So, What is GASLIGHTING?
This is a word that everyone is talking about but no one is

completely sure of what it means. I am sure the individuals who

have been ‘gaslighted’ will know exactly what I am talking

about. Most of you have experienced it, and after learning about

it, you will recognize it when it happens.

Let’s explain it…. ‘Gaslighting’ is when someone kind of

denies your reality. Does it sound familiar? It does to me.

Gaslighting is obviously manipulation and emotional abuse.

And that doesn’t set the tone for a good relationship.
