Layla and I were in the car ready to leave Family Dollar when a Woman appeared at the window.
She was in a school uniform and had to get to school. On the ride she was crying and shared her heart. Her husband kept calling screaming at her as well as another woman. She said she couldn’t take it anymore. I gave her affirmations, told her I was proud of her and told her I have walked in her shoes. I was so very humbled to be somewhere I normally wouldn’t be and this woman felt safe enough to ask. She was desperate. To me it was Divine!l God, The Universe, The Holy Spirit gave me the gift of being a conduit to share love with this sister of mine. I went through trials so I may have empathy.

Affirmations and Meditation has brought me to a desire to be peace, loving and joy filled!

In meditation, we find the sacred space to confront our inner demons, the worries, doubts, and fears that weigh us down.

By facing them with courage, we take the first step toward healing. By accepting them without judgment, we learn to be compassionate towards ourselves.

And one by one, like pebbles in a river, we set these troubles aside, making room for serenity and clarity to flow into our lives.
