Pride Pediatric Therapy

Pride Pediatric Therapy Providing occupational therapy services for the pediatric population in Franklin County and beyond!

03/26/2026

🤫Shh… we need your help with a special surprise💛

Next month is Occupational Therapy Month, and we’re planning something extra special for our incredible OT team here at Pride Pediatrics! 🎉

Our therapists work so hard to support your children and families every single day, and we’d love to show them just how much they mean to you—but we can’t do it without your help!

We’re asking families to share a message or story about your child’s OT:
✨ How have they made a difference in your child’s life?
✨ What progress or moments have meant the most to your family?
✨ What would you want them to know about the impact they’ve had?

It can be short and sweet—just something from the heart 💜🩵💚

📩 Please private message us here on Facebook or email your message to cpride@pridepediatrictherapy.com

Feel free to include photos, drawings, or anything your child would love to share—we’d love to include those special touches!

Your words will be part of a surprise celebration, so please help us keep this just between us 🤫

Thank you for helping us make our therapists feel as appreciated as they truly are!

Our clinic help has officially grown by four paws 🐾
Please welcome Ollie, the newest (and fluffiest) member of the Pride Family! She’s been hard at work today learning the ropes from our OG dog, Tucker, who has proudly stepped into his role as Senior Bark-itect 🐶🦴

This weekend they joined Ms. Courtney at the clinic to help “clean up”… which mostly means redistributing toys, inspecting every last snack crumb, and napping on the job…

We can’t promise productivity hasn’t dropped slightly… but morale? Through the roof. 🐶💛

🌟Therapist Spotlight: Join us in Welcoming Aerica to the Pride Pediatrics Team! Aerica joined our team in January as an occupational therapist! We are so excited to have you as part of our team! 🫶🏻

👋🏼Hear from Aerica & why OT is important to her:
“I grew up in Franklin County, Maine, where my curiosity about people and fascination with how the brain works began at a young age. That curiosity led me to pursue a degree in psychology, during which time I worked directly in homes supporting children with mental and physical disabilities. Those early experiences sparked a strong desire to better understand and support children with autism and other developmental differences, ultimately leading me to discover the field of occupational therapy.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine and have been working toward this goal ever since. Over the past 17+ years, I have had the privilege of supporting children and families across a wide range of settings, including early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, and school-based services. I have extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, and physical and cognitive disabilities. My approach is family-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong belief in collaboration and meeting each child where they are.

Outside of the OT world, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my husband and our two children, along with our two cats and two dogs. I also love LEARNING, traveling, and exploring new countries through hiking, museums, nature, ancient sites, the stars, and wildlife. I continue to expand my knowledge of health, healing, and wellness through yoga, meditation, gardening, music, light, art, and dance. I am grateful to be part of PPT and excited to support children and families as they grow, learn, and thrive.”

🌟Adding Aerica to our team has helped us tremendously in getting kiddos into OT whom have been waiting oh so patiently on our priority list! If you have any questions about our intake process, next steps now that we have your referral, or are wondering how OT could help your child, inquire at:
