We are a full service Pilates studio offering privates & groups on the Reformer, Tower & Chair as well as a variety of classes for all levels! 1st Is free!

The Pilates Advantage is a full service Pilates studio serving the towns of Redding, Ridgefield, Weston & Wilton. Located in Wilton, The Pilates Advantage offers private, semi-private, group training on all pilates equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as group fitness classes - Barre, Sculpting and Rebounding (mini trampoline) "pilates style". Our Mission: At The Pilates Advantage, we are a team of seasoned professionals that continue to expand our knowledge of "The Method." We believe that, through team effort and further education, we can serve our clients with a fresh approach that will carry them with core strength, balance, and flexibility of the mind and body. It is our mission to bring our unique instruction, individual support, and service to all that come our way, so that they can benefit from The Pilates Advantage.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Star, Our Studio Manager! ✨

We are so thrilled to shine a spotlight on the incredibly organized and well-traveled Star, who keeps everything running smoothly here at The Pilates Advantage! Star has an amazing background that has taken her all over the globe:

🗺️ The Journey:

She spent 3 years teaching English in high school in Japan! She lived in England for five years, where her daughter was born. After time in Atlanta and Memphis, she decided to move back to New England—her home region (she’s originally from Saratoga Springs, NY)—to enjoy all four seasons!

📚 The Background:

Star comes to us with a fascinating background in libraries and museums, including the highly impressive task of cataloging rare books at Cambridge University Library in the UK! Talk about attention to detail!

✨ Star wants to send a huge thank you to everyone:

“Thank you all for being so incredibly welcoming and warm! Everyone has been so gracious while I’ve been learning the ropes here at the studio.”

🐾 Fun Fact

Star isn’t the only celebrity in her household! Her cat, Jimmy, is a local star and often makes appearances on the Wilton 411 community page! Give Jimmy a wave if you see him! 😉
