Hip rotation before ➡️ after — check out that control!
Using FRC principles, we focused on teaching the body how to access and own this range rather than just stretching into it. This change isn’t “permanent” yet — but with repeated practice, the nervous system learns to keep it.
Why does that matter? Because better hip rotation opens the door to stronger lifts, cleaner gait, and less compensation pain in the back, knee, and groin. Small gain → big impact.
