I’m very touched by writing in NY Times that focuses on saving the lives of young people experiencing too much pressure to perform. Let’s go further than “mental health” when we consider community and professional approaches to su***de prevention. We need to include deeper awareness of body and neurological process when stressed human beings feel overwhelmed or flooded.
