yoga classes for the past 15 years and specializes in rehabilitation of back injuries. Her class offers a vigorous yoga flow with mind body connection the most indulgent savasana where participants are wrapped in warm blankets and heated aromatherapy back and neck pillows. Drop in Yoga & FIT YOGA Class fees are $25 per session, $27 per session with tax. I also offer a 10 Yoga class package, whereby you can purchase 10 Yoga classes in advance for $225. Individual Private Sessions in my studio are $120. Semi privates (2 people) are $65.00 each; 3 person private session $45 each; 4 person private session $35 each.

AB Blaster: 30 min power ½ hour of ALL ABS / core strengthening! Limited to 6 participants $10 class fee pp
Power Yoga: This class is intended for the intermediate to advanced practioner. For those who have been with me for a while and are looking for something more, this fast paced challenging yoga class will open the body & make you sweat! Advanced postures and toning will compliment an Ashatanga influenced yoga flow. Classes end with a relaxing savasana (final relaxation) where each participant is tucked into a soft blanket and receives a relaxing head massage with lavender oil. 75 minute class Limited to 6 participants
Vinyasa Flow: The term viṅyāsa refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static yoga postures into a dynamic flow. The length of one inhale or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between postures. Poses are then held for a predefined number of breaths. In effect, attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the postures rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in a pose. Great for toning, strength and flexibility while reducing stress. Classes end with a relaxaing savasana (final relaxation) where each participant is tucked into a soft blanket and receives a relaxing head massage with lavender oil. 75 minute class. Fit Yoga: This is a semi-private 30 minute fitness training / 30 minute yoga class designed for toning and weight loss while still reaping the benefits of yoga! Each hour and 15 minute class starts with a cardio warm up, includes some light weight exercises, body weight exercises and abdominal work; followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. We finish off with a relaxing savasana/meditation where each participant is tucked into a soft blanket and receives a relaxing head massage with lavender oil. It’s sure to be the best part of your day - leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed after a great workout! 75 minute class. ** YOGA Fit Classes are limited to 4 participants max. Candlelight Yoga: Evening vinyasa yoga class (above) by candle light. Pace is slower with a focus on relaxation. Ideal for beginners. 70 minute class. Insanity Boot Camp : Inspired by the Insanity program, this hard core workout will pump up your heart rate and make you sweat all while safely toning every muscle in your body. 60 minutes all out. PRIVATE Fitness or Yoga sessions allow for a personalized fitness / yoga prescription where injuries and limitations are taken into consideration for safe practices and appropriate and effective
modifications. Discussion and questions are welcome allowing for an individualized experience that deepens one's understanding and appreciation of yoga principles. Private Fit Yoga sessions include a relaxing savasana (final relaxation) with aromatherapy heat pads for back and neck and a relaxing head massage with lavender oil.
