CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Vinyasa Flow Yoga The term viṅyāsa refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static yoga postures into a dynamic flow. Poses are held for a predefined number of breaths and one inhale or exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between postures. This type of yoga is places attention on the breath and the journey between the postures rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in a pose. It is great for toning, strength, and flexibility while simultaneously reducing stress. All of these classes end with a relaxing savasana where each participant is tucked into a soft blanket and receives a soothing head massage with lavender oil

Fit Yoga This is a semi-private 30 minute fitness training and 30 minute yoga class designed for toning and weight loss while still reaping the benefits of yoga! Each contains cardio warm up, light weight exercises, body weight exercises, and abdominal work which is followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. We finish off with a relaxing savasana and meditation where each participant is tucked into a soft blanket and receives a soothing head massage with lavender oil. Fit Yoga is sure to be the best part of your day - leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed after a great workout!

Candlelight Yoga This class runs at a much slower pace with a focus on relaxation. As the name implies, it is an evening vinyasa yoga class by candlelight. This class is ideal for beginners

Private Fitness or Yoga Sessions These classes allow for a personalized fitness / yoga prescription where injuries and limitations are taken into consideration for a safer practice and appropriate and effective modifications. Discussion and questions are welcome allowing for an individualized experience that deepens one's understanding and appreciation of yoga principles. Private Fit Yoga sessions include a relaxing savasana (final relaxation) with aromatherapy heat pads for the back and neck and a soothing head massage with lavender oil

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Drop in Yoga & Fit Yoga fees are $25 per session, $27 with tax
10-Yoga class package (you can purchase 10 Yoga classes in advance for $220 with tax)
Individual Private Sessions in my studio are $100.00
2 person semi-private session are $50.00 each 3 person private session $35.00 each 4 person private session $27.00 each
*Groups of more than 4 that would like to schedule their own semiprivate group session

Discounted rates are available for individual or couples private sessions Blocks of 10 private sessions paid in advance come at a rate $850 ($85 / per session) Blocks of 10 semi-private sessions come at a rate of $375 ($37.50/ per session)
Above rates apply to sessions in my home / studio I am also able to come to your home; corporate or home gym
