This Sunday, September 22nd, is the Autumn Equinox. A time to evaluate the last six months and manifest the next six months. A good way to do this is to be still for an hour, let go, open up, and listen. Please join us this Sunday from 3:00 - 4:00 pm for an Autumn Equinox sound bath journey to be still and let the sound waves carry you to a place only your soul knows you need to visit.
