This sure made my day. This touched me in so many ways as I worked on it. My husband Wayne Salyers was a Marine through a through my dad was Workd War 11, Army, my uncle and cousin was Navy. I grew ip saluting the flag every morningin school and taught to tespect it at home. Thank you Ayla Aldridge for chosing us for this honor.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the tremendous amount of care, time, and precision that went into framing my flag from my deployment to Afghanistan. This piece holds so much personal meaning, and you treated it with the utmost respect and attention to detail. We are thrilled to officially announce our 2025 Christmas parade and open sign ups!

"A Storybook Christmas" is coming to Downtown Wi******er!

Join us on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. as Main Street transforms into a magical holiday scene straight from the pages of your favorite Christmas tales. From "The Night Before Christmas" to "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," you’ll see beloved holiday stories come to life in our annual Christmas parade.

(FYI: Construction on Main Street is expected to finish in time for the parade. We will continuously monitor construction progress and make any necessary changes ASAP!)
