You don’t have to be on the go all the time!

There’s a reason for half times in football!

Volleyball has timeouts !

Highways do have rest areas!

You need a break, sometimes!

Push the pause button, take a breathe, smell the roses!

Take time to re-energize, recoup, recharge and recover.

You deserve a break!

You can’t show up as your best self is you don’t rest!
