It's been a amazing time for me the past couple of years. I never could have dreamed my life would be were it is today. Not so long ago, I was well over six hundred pounds. I was taking cholesterol and blood pressure medication, walking with a cane, and basically hating life and myself. We'll, as many of you know, that all changed. I've been on a amazing journey, a journey to get my life back. Several hundred pounds gone, along with the cane and medications. I have rediscovered life and appreciate everyday. My way to success was first learning to love myself again. We can say everyday to lift weights, run a mile and eat salad, but until we all have that moment, and realize we have purpose and value, those words are meaningless. I'm not a teacher, doctor or a professional. I have no degrees or placks on my wall, all I have is the experience of regaining control of my life and working on a healthier and better me. Were all on this earth to help one another. Its our journey together. I hope everybody will post, comment and join in anytime. This is our page, a page full of positive words and inspiration. Let's all do this together, believe in our self and get our lives back. Yes you can!!!....PEACE...Dan
