We have been busy the past month with sightseeing castles, palaces, a waterfall,the Black Forest with friends, France - Strasburg and Colmar, Roman museum, Mercedes Benz Museum, watched Connor play soccer and Cian swing and have seen friends and family 😀 2024

At this time of year, we feel the need to do a spring housecleaning to get rid of the old and make way for the new, to get ready for the brighter days of spring🌷 This is a good idea on an energetic level as well! Reiki is an effective method to get rid off energetic baggage that doesn't serve us anymore and recharge us for brighter days to come 🌄

Music, especially certain frequencies have healing powers, the ancient Egyptians and Mayians knew about it. In my Reiki practice I also use music to heal and to provide a relaxing atmosphere in oder to heal and soothe the mind and body.
