I have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the boys in their pasture over the last two evenings. After we have mineral drinks, sliced apples, a banana, and a handful of sweet feed, there is time for scratching big beautiful heads and butts out in the field. They are both now on the shaggy side for winter, and Sunny looks like such a rough boy! In the pasture at night, there is literally no one within a mile; we are IT on our side of the bridge. To be with them in the peace of the land, with the mountains and River, is a form of communion. I comprehend my good fortune in these moments.

I am concerned when he does not get up.
Sunny has him under his dominating spell for at least several hours a day like that...I returned and he was up, though, grazing!

We made it through a very intense weekend! Thanks to all the participants, each holding a key place in our work of bringing the light of the Cosmic Heart to our planet, our environs, and our associations- past, present, and future! We transcended time, shed karma, cleared our physical bodies, and used meditation, journaling, sacred geometry, and sound to usher in and pour in the evolutionary power of the Unity Wave. Let's again empower our hearts in the Spring of 2026! A joyous THANK YOU again to all participants in the retreat, and a bow those helping, seen and unseen on the land.

The Cosmic Heart beats not in flesh,�
but in the silence between stars,�
a pulse older than galaxies,�
soft as dawn, fierce as creation itself.

It holds unconditional love,�
a boundless ocean where no soul is forsaken,�

Super proud of Sunny, ya'll!!! At this point, I can say Sunny is learning the word no- reinforced by water in his face, it doesn't need to be a bucketful anymore, I can flick water on his face and he will turn away- he is learning to give Dreamer space and freedom to move, at least when I am there. Lately, when I arrive, D is already up and grazing, so that is progress for which I am really grateful! Energy works underscores that Dreamers regained self-confidence, he is getting his mojo back! And also, energy work gets Sunny grounded, so he can remain calm and trust me.

COSMIC HEART RETREAT
Migrating to higher states of consciousness through energetic practices, focusing on the heart. Going from our hearts to the very heart of our universe. Expanding into love!

Understanding the 3rd and 5th dimensions from a spiritual perspective:
In various spiritual and metaphysical traditions, the concept of "dimensions" extends beyond physical measurements and refers to different states of consciousness or vibrational frequencies.

3RD DIMENSION
The 3rd dimension is commonly understood as our current physical reality, characterized by our perception of space and time.
It is often described as a dense and complex realm, where individuality, separation, ego, and the pursuit of material achievements are prominent themes.
While offering opportunities for growth through facing challenges and suffering, it can also manifest as lower vibrational states like fear, greed, and destruction.

5TH DIMENSION
The 5th dimension represents a shift to a higher level of consciousness, where the illusion of separation dissolves, and a profound sense of unity and oneness emerges.
It is often described as the realm of unconditional love, compassion, and divine wisdom.
Individuals in or shifting towards 5D consciousness embody qualities like mindfulness, non-judgment, and trust in the universe.
Manifestation is believed to occur more rapidly in this dimension, fueled by intention and thought.
The transition to 5D is not about leaving the 3rd dimension but integrating its lessons and experiencing a profound shift in perspective, like viewing the same plane through a different set of glasses
In essence, the 3rd dimension is about experiencing life through separation and individuality, while the 5th dimension represents a return to our spiritual essence of unity, unconditional love, and interconnectedness.

Spending time with the boys in the evening is paying off- Dreamer gets to graze, and Sunny is leaving him alone while I am there. Sunny needs at least one correction, though- I tell him NO and to go over to the fence, and he will do it. He is a smart boy. Who seems to understand that if he doesn't behave, he will have to go a long way away and never see us again. That sinks in when I tell him...so we are making progress, at least while I am there. I intervene like that when Sunny comes over to give D the nudge of dominance. Last night, D eventually laid down. Sunny has him trained. I want to undo that!!! Still looking for 2 cows, at least 5 years old, to add to the herd. I will follow any leads so please do not hesitate if you know someone who wants to rehome 2 cows who fit that description. They will end up in heaven on Earth at Riverview Farm!
