🌿 Behind the scenes at Wild Root Farm
Pour before the label and Pack.
Every jar, bag, and bottle passes through my hands — not a machine.

📦 Small batch means:
✔️ I know what’s in every blend
✔️ I slow down and pour with intention
✔️ I think about who might need this — and send a little love with it

This isn’t just an order.
It’s medicine. A story. A leaf that might change someone's day.

And that’s why I’ll keep showing up — one jar at a time.

🌿 Recently I've decided that nettle is my favorite herb
because…
she gives without asking.
Rich in minerals. Gentle on the nerves.
Supportive when I’m worn down — and somehow still wild.

She doesn’t shout her power.
She stings a little first.
But then she strengthens.

🫖 When I drink nettle, I feel like I’m plugging back into the earth.
Like I’m being reminded:
“You are resilient. You are rooted. You are enough.”

What’s your favorite herb — and why?

🌿 I made this because I needed to feel better.
Not to launch a product.
Not to go viral.
Not to build a brand.
But because my nervous system was frayed
and the world felt too loud
and I needed something to hold me together.

So I turned to the plants.
And they showed up.

In a warm mug.
In a quiet moment.
In the way lemon balm softened my chest
and chamomile reminded me I’m allowed to rest.

This wasn’t just a tea blend.
It was a prayer.
A pause.
A way back to myself.

✨ I made this to feel better —
and maybe, just maybe, it can help you feel better too.

📸 Myth Buster: "Herbal remedies don’t really work — it’s just placebo."
🧪 FACT: Many herbs have been studied and shown to have real, measurable effects on the body.

🌿 Chamomile: clinically shown to ease anxiety
🌿 Nettle: high in calcium, iron, and anti-inflammatory compounds
🌿 Lemon balm: antiviral, calming, and shown to ease stress and digestive discomfort

Your great-grandma didn’t need a degree to know what worked.
Modern science is finally catching up.

🍯 Honey 🍯
“Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” – Proverbs 16:24

Honey is more than sweetness.
It’s sacred.

Used in offerings, anointing, and medicine, honey has always been seen as a gift from heaven — raw, unspoiled, and powerful.

In the Bible, it symbolizes abundance, wisdom, and divine favor.
It heals wounds, softens hearts, and sweetens even the bitterest days.

🕊 What a wonder — that something so small and sticky could hold so much healing.

Let today be a reminder:
Speak words that heal.
Make space for sweetness.
And honor the sacred in the simple things.

I stopped, just for a breath,
and looked up.

The trees weren’t in a hurry.
The sky didn’t demand anything.
And for once, neither did I.

No blending.
No harvesting.
No rushing.

Just stillness
and the sound of leaves telling stories to the wind.

If healing has a pace…
this might be it.

🫖 Therapy is great… but have you tried tea?
Because sometimes what I really need
is a quiet moment, a warm mug,
and a plant that knows how to hold space.

Not a quick fix.
Not a numbing.
Just one steeped moment of peace.

Tea is medicine.
Tea is therapy.
Tea is church — in a cup.

🍋 3 Ways to Use Lemon Balm

Lemon balm isn’t just a pretty leaf with a citrusy smell —
she’s a mood-shifter, nervous system soother, and viral fighter all in one.

Here are 3 ways to use lemon balm (besides just admiring her):

🍵 1. Tea for Anxious Days
Steep fresh or dried lemon balm leaves with a bit of chamomile or tulsi.
Great for: nerves, tension, overthinking, and bedtime.

🫖 Use: 1 Tbsp dried herb per cup. Steep 10–15 mins covered.

💨 2. Herbal Steam for Cold or Congestion
Boil lemon balm in water, pour into a bowl, and steam your face under a towel.
Gently clears sinuses and supports immunity — especially during cold season.

🧴 3. Infused Oil for Calming Salves or Skin Irritation
Infuse in olive oil and use topically for stress-relief balms, sleep rubs, or bug bite relief.
Gentle enough for little ones, powerful enough to be called "Melissa officinalis."

📢 Which one will you try first? Or do you already use lemon balm in a different way? Tell me below! 👇

🌿 If I were an herb… I’d be lemon balm.
Bright but calming.
A little wild.
Sweet on the surface, but quietly powerful underneath.

I don’t fix everything —
but I know how to shift the atmosphere.
Gently.
One leaf at a time.

👇 If YOU were an herb… what would you be, and why?
(Don’t overthink it. Go with your gut… or your gut-healer.)
