We were honored to welcome women's basketball Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark to our Ministry Leaders' Retreat, where we focused on community and connection. Caitlin shared powerful insights on leadership, encouraging the next generation, building confidence and playing to a team's strength.
She reminded us: "You have to know what you can do to help your teammates be a little better." Caitlin's message resonated with how Ascension St. Vincent associates are encouraged to connect with their teammates to provide better patient outcomes.
We're so thankful Caitlin is on our team.

"A little bit of mercy makes the world less cold and more just.” – Pope Francis
Today, we give thanks for the life and legacy of Pope Francis—a faithful servant who reminded the world of the power of love and humility. His unwavering care for the poor and vulnerable, and his call to compassion, will continue to guide us.
At Ascension, we join Catholics and people of goodwill around the world in prayer and gratitude. As a Catholic health ministry, we remain committed to the healing ministry of Jesus and to carrying forward the values Pope Francis championed—kindness, justice, and care for the most vulnerable among us and all of God’s creation.
May his memory be a blessing, and may his example continue to inspire us all.
