Push/pull/sideways/backwards/crossovers/laterals/upper push/upper pull/turns…etc. 1 hour 16 min. Max hr 206, rested return to 80 in 10 minutes. So much garbage about workload management these days. After a great conversation with Coach John over at there seems to be too much load management and not enough load these days. Just because your training facility says 2-3 days of training a week is good doesn’t mean it’s true. If you want to manage load while they manage money and you never rise above everyone else…we’ll, that’s just so great. Maybe the whole team will get a trophy. Starters start, the rest are just holding clipboards.
