🇺🇸Check out dietitian Robyn’s go-to July 4th recipe: Chicken Fajitas!
These high-protein, bariatric-friendly fajitas are packed with flavor and perfect for your holiday cookout.

⁣Ingredients:
▪️3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
▪️¼ cup lime juice
▪️1–2 garlic cloves, minced
▪️1 tsp chili powder
▪️½ tsp ground cumin
▪️1 large onion, sliced
▪️½ green & ½ red bell pepper, slivered
▪️12 whole-wheat tortillas
▪️Salsa, fat-free sour cream, low-fat shredded cheese

⁣Instructions:
▪️Marinate chicken in lime juice, garlic, and spices for 15 min.
▪️Cook chicken 3 min, then add onions and peppers; cook 3–5 min more.
▪️Fill tortillas, top with salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Roll and enjoy!
💡 Tip: Add your favorite hot pepper for extra heat.
