On this day, we remember Dr. John E. Upledger (1932–2012), the visionary developer of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and founder of Upledger Institute International.

This year holds special meaning as we also celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. For four decades, Dr. Upledger’s groundbreaking vision has touched lives across the globe, inspiring healthcare professionals to carry forward his mission of holistic healing and compassionate care.

We are forever grateful for his passion, his pioneering contributions, and the enduring legacy that continues to shape the future of integrative healthcare.

🌀Color therapy with my BioSonics glasses after a day on zoom attending upledger_institute_intl Unwinding the Meridians. I got to use my OTTO 64 tuning fork with a pointed aquamarine gem foot on acupuncture points all throughout class! I wonder which color I’ll choose after tomorrow’s class!

This Upledger Institute Certified CranioSacral Therapy Study Group is open to students studying with the Upledger Institute. Prerequisite most months is CS1.

🌀I had a great experience at the CST Longevity Intensive in Maryland this past weekend. Clients came from all over the country to receive 2 hours of Multi-Hands (sometimes 7 therapists) CranioSacral Therapy 3 days in a row! I was honored to be a primary therapist for much of the weekend and to work with so many amazing CST practitioners.

🌀Heading home from a week in California! I’ve been here for the Upledger CST presentations training. In sync with my CranioSacral Rhythm , I found this great CST sign in the airport… Your rhythm is closer than you think!
