Our parent company us-fas had a corporate recognition and picked two people out of almost 1000 employees. One of the two winners was our very own Chassidy! If you have had the pleasure of meeting her this award will not surprise you. She is amazing and we are glad that she was recognized. If you see her tell her congratulations!

As a Medical Assistant, she is proactive, organized, and highly dependable. She anticipates provider needs before they arise, prepares rooms thoroughly and efficiently, and ensures charting is accurate and complete. She maintains steady patient flow, keeps instruments processed appropriately, and follows through on tasks without needing reminders. When unexpected schedule changes or high-volume days occur, she adjusts seamlessly while maintaining professionalism and focus.
Her impact extends beyond daily responsibilities. She supports her coworkers without hesitation, communicates clearly with providers, and helps create a calm, team-centered environment. Providers trust her preparation, teammates rely on her consistency, and patients benefit from her attentiveness and efficiency.
