Today’s Creepy Crawly Visitor: ANTS! 🐜

Our little explorers discovered some tiny visitors today—ANTS! And what a fun learning moment it turned into!

We talked about how ants work together as a team, carry food much bigger than themselves, and follow invisible scent trails to find their way. The children were fascinated watching them march along in a line like a tiny parade!

This sparked great conversations about:
• Teamwork 🤝
• Nature and habitats 🌱
• Being curious observers 🔍

We reminded our friends to look, not touch, and to be kind to all living things—even the tiniest ones.

Just gotta say, that I work for some of the best people ever, they always show up for our students, and our school, no matter how busy&hectic life is, they always do their best to make sure to be there for our students and show support to them outside of school, and that’s exactly the kind of place I’ve always wanted to be apart of, and I’m blessed to say I am. At the SARA Early Learning Center, we take literacy skills and education very seriously, and so do our students!
Studies show that early exposure to American Sign Language assists with language development and cognition. It also helps to bridge communication gaps that are common among young children. Our students study ASL every day during circle time, and it is paying off!

Our students love to learn and their enthusiasm and passion is seen every day by our educators and parents. We love to see it. If you're interested in joining the SARA family, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions. We are enrolling and taking applicants on our waitlist for those simply wanting more information.
