At Blue Ridge Care, we know that grief doesn’t follow a timeline — and no one should have to carry it alone. 💙🦋

This May, our Center for Hope & Healing is offering a variety of grief support groups designed to meet people where they are — with options that are in person, virtual, nature‑based, and family‑focused. Each gathering is rooted in compassion, connection, and the understanding that healing looks different for everyone.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore support or looking for a place to feel understood, we’re here to walk alongside you.

This Earth Day, your actions matter. 🌎

Thanks to our community, 1.6 million pounds of electronics were recycled in 2025—protecting the planet while helping Blue Ridge Care support families across our region.

Our Electronic Recycling Program makes it easy to take part. It’s free, safe, and secure, with drop‑off available at every Blue Ridge Care Thrift Shop. All donated electronics are responsibly recycled, and hard drives are securely wiped to protect your information.

Give your unused electronics a second purpose—and help us keep building the impact, together. ♻️

Next week in Chicago, leadership meets the mat. 🧘‍♀️

Dr. Sonja Richmond—Chief Medical Officer (Hospice), certified yoga instructor, and champion of whole‑person care—is leading yoga at the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation Summit. Her approach blends mindfulness, wellness, and leadership—because caring for patients (and care providers) means nurturing body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Richmond's work reminds us that the strongest systems start with grounded people. 🦋
