Both can be used with yellow, white, and black candles. Add in some clear quartz, agate, carnelian, and smoky quartz into a bag and toss in to your bath. These stones will help inspire confidence, filter out negative energy, and increase mental functions and focus.

Happy Monday!! We would like to remind everyone that on Mondays, we are having guided meditations!! It will be an amazing time!!
