The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small, isolated movements within deeply held challenging postures. 10 Simple Tips to Stick to a Fitness Routine

1. Start small
Don’t go all-in right away. Begin with easy, manageable workouts and build up over time.

2. Do what you enjoy
If you don’t like a workout, you won’t stick with it. Try different things until you find what you actually like.

3. Set realistic goals
Big goals are great, but break them into small steps so they feel doable.

4. Don’t skip too many workouts
Missing one day is fine. Missing several in a row can throw you off track.

5. Make flexible rules
Set simple rules for yourself that you can actually stick to—not super strict ones.

6. Make movement part of your day
You don’t need long workouts. Even ~20 minutes a day adds up and helps your health.

We need your help in supporting our friends at Natalie's Sisters! We will be accepting new or gently used leggings for the whole month of March. Please bring your donations to The Barre: A Fitness Boutique located in the upper level of 5 South Main Street.

Natalie's Sisters is a non-profit organization that extends hope, support, and God’s unconditional love to sex-trafficked and sexually exploited women through a first-touch approach providing respite, relationship,s and referrals to community resources.
They are currently supplying 50+ women with leggings (among other resources) a week. Let's help them in a BIG way! XOXO
