Looking forward to the new me. Revitalized. Vigor. Able to tackle my days when I wake as I will be assuring my body is getting the badly needed nutrients it needs. I slack so bad with long work days, neglecting to make sure I am eating/drinking through out the day.

Just ordered myself a bullet with the intention of making healthy nutrient filled shakes. I'll fill ya all in on my journey. It will make me more accountable.
