It originates from the conviction that we have the responsibility to explore together the wonderful mystery of "being." What are we made of? What is the purpose of our existence? These are endlessly interesting questions and powerful engines that encourage us to pause and take a look inside ourselves without judgment. Co-Emerging is not an answer for any of these questions, it is not a formula at all, it is simply a safe exploration space where we can navigate together in mindfulness.

We are passionate about the human being as a powerful source of love. Our mission is to communicate, challenge, inspire, and guide you to cross the bridge that connects you with your full potential, your whole-self, capable of reaching your goals and dreams.

We love to live in awe! We are in constant movement and our experiential workshops, retreats, and life experiences are designed to shake your world and create a unique and personalized atmosphere...an unexpected place where you can be yourself, connect with the air, earth, fire, and water within you, find flow and channel it to reach and transform yourself and others.

Be aware...we are infected with love and we are extremely contagious!

We are an international consulting organization specialized in coaching processes, transformational learning, and facilitation of cultural evolution in organizations.

We currently operate in the United States, Costa Rica, Chile and Colombia.

We are passionate about the human being and its possibilities. We believe it is necessary to inspire one another, challenge one another, and accompany one another as individuals or as organizations to develop our greatest potential and break down the barriers that separate us from our goals and our dreams.

At Co-Emerging we love movement and creativity. Our workshops and experiential training sessions are designed to challenge the status quo in personalized, unique and sometimes unexpected environments to generate powerful individual and organizational processes.

We integrate and apply tools and methodologies that come from different areas, such as ontological coaching, meditation, creative dance, photo therapy (Points of You®), conscious and transformative leadership, among others.
