· Verify patient information, histories, payments, and consents prior to procedures
· Room patients and assist providers during visits and procedures
· Photograph clients for records
· Clearly understand medical-grade skincare products and clinical services
· Assist with maintaining social media accounts
· Flexibility required (some evenings/Saturdays)
· Maintain exceptional customer service, professionalism, and patient confidentiality
· Assist with records, admin tasks, and collaborate with staff for smooth operations

Outside of work, Kimberly and her husband Michael are real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
