You don’t have to agree with everything Dr. Kruse he says to recognize that he’s the one asking the right kind of questions and putting the pressure on mainstream medicine.

While centralized healthcare is busy pushing pills and managing symptoms, he's here talking about quantum biology, mitochondria, and how light and environment shape our health at the deepest levels.

Remember when evenings ended with the 10 o'clock news or the TV signing off with static? Now phones and streaming services never stop. You tell yourself "just one more" and BAM. Suddenly it's midnight.

A 2025 American Cancer Society study found screens before bed shorten sleep by about 7–8 minutes each night. It might not sound like much but, that adds up fast and no one wants to feel groggy the next morning.

Lets pretend the off air message is back and shut off screens an hour before sleep.
