Today our residents were ROCKING OUT at cardio drumming! 🥁💃
If you’ve never heard of cardio drumming, it’s a fun workout where you drum to music using sticks and exercise balls. It gets your heart pumping, your arms moving, and your mood lifted — all while having a blast!
