Intuitive Daily Download 3.26 - There’s a truth most spiritual traditions circle around: we don’t really see others as they are, we see them through the lens of who we are. When we judge someone, we’re often reacting not just to them, but to something unresolved within ourselves. It’s unconsciously placing our own fears, insecurities, or wounds onto others. From a spiritual perspective, judgment can block growth. It keeps our focus outward, scanning for flaws, instead of inward, where transformation actually happens. Many teachings echo this idea in different ways… before pointing out the flaw in someone else, look at what needs healing within yourself first. 😇 On a deeper spiritual layer ask the questions … What am I reacting to? Is this about them or something in me? What does this reveal about my inner self? This is where judgment stops limiting you and starts being something that teaches you.
