Windham Blackout Cancer Week kicks off in just two weeks on Sunday, September 22nd! 🎗️

Join our honored families and the Blackout Committee at A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center at 9AM to recognize the start of Windham Blackout Cancer Week and raise our pediatric cancer awareness flag.

💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤

NEW TO TOWN? Check out our FAQs below or ask a question in the comments.

🔲 What is Project Blackout?

Started in Windham, Project Blackout is a 501(c) nonprofit organization on a mission to turn out the lights on pediatric cancer — raising awareness and inspiring community-driven support for children who are battling the disease. Project Blackout aims to unite local towns and schools to educate communities, raise funds for research and support those affected by pediatric cancer through athletics and youth-centric grassroots efforts.

🔲 What is Windham Blackout Cancer?

Windham Blackout Week is an annual event that raises awareness and dollars for pediatric cancer research. It also helps support families in town whose children are receiving treatment. Blackout is one of Windham’s largest annual events and unites the entire community around this important cause.

Learn more about Project Blackout and our Windham Blackout Week tradition: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=joB-0NwvPWo

🔲 Why is it so important?

The Northeast region of the United States has the highest rate of pediatric cancer, and we want to turn out the lights on it! We also want to show our love for families in town who have been affected by pediatric cancer.

🔲 When is it?

All of the Blackout events take place in September — Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. You’ll want to especially save the date for “Windham Blackout Cancer Day,” when everyone around town wears their Blackout t-shirts to school, work, and most importantly — our special Blackout football game under the lights. This year it’s on Friday, September 27th.

🔲 What are the Blackout T-Shirts?

Each year, a new t-shirt goes on sale. They are a powerful symbol of community spirit and support for local children and families who have had to endure all that comes with a cancer diagnosis. We wear our shirts not only on game day, but also throughout the year to show our support for pediatric cancer awareness and raising dollars for a cure.

All proceeds from the t-shirt sale go to this important cause and also get you admission to the Blackout football game.

🔲 How do I get a Blackout t-shirt?

If you missed the sale in July/August, any extras will be sold at the Blackout Bash event at Luna Bistro on 9/24. Please follow our page for more details.

🔲 What should I know about the Blackout Football Game?

It’s such a special night with thousands of fans attending the event! Families in town who have been affected by pediatric cancer are honored at a half-time ceremony during the game. Everyone wears their Blackout t-shirts, and there is a family-friendly gathering before the game with food trucks and more.

💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤

Project Blackout has raised more than $370,000 for pediatric cancer since its inception. Our community continues to make a difference and demonstrate the power of unity!

Dear friends,

Patti and I and the Letizio family would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who made our 7th annual Power at The Tower Car Show event another great success for 2024. The A.J.Letizio family set out to bring people together for a fun event and to raise money for an organization that does so much to help families in the community where A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing’s national headquarters is located, Windham, New Hampshire. Windham’s Helping Hands is that great organization, and we are happy knowing that 100% of every dollar we raise and donate goes to help Windham families in a time of need.

This year was another great success. We had well over 1,000 spectators and guests on hand at the A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center for the event, along with 120 amazing show cars and motorcycles on display. Thanks to the generosity of many, contributions received at the event totaled $5,235 and A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing has matched that figure, bringing the total raised at the event for Windham’s Helping Hands to $10,470.

We thank all the show car and motorcycle owners who came out and displayed their beautiful vehicles. We are grateful for the music provided by the awesome PopRoks band, and thank band members Kevin Hopkins, Dennis Rothgaber, Jill Troy, Rob Breton, and Nick Letizio for donating their time and talents to entertain us all with their great music. We also thank Mr. Portable Restroom of Haverhill MA for generously providing the sanitation systems for the event.

We are grateful for Windham’s dedicated Police and Fire teams who were on hand to keep us all safe.

The event would not have been possible without the efforts A.J. Letizio team members who planned, organized and executed the event, including Kaylee Dufour, Amanda Lawrence, Mike Angelo, Adam Freitas, Ashley Mayo, Marc DiPersio, Adam Letizio, Nick Letizio and Alden Letizio. We also thank A.J. Letizio Culinary Team members, Chef Angelo Diniz, Chef Ross Pisani, Chef P.J. LaLiberte and Erika Stewart who worked hard preparing and serving up food for all attendees from the new A.J. Letizio “Culinary Creations” mobile kitchen. We thank our parking and logistics crewmembers Chuck Derosiers, Chuck DiStefano, Joe Larosa, Jim Davies and Al Letizio Sr, along with Windham’s Helping Hands volunteers Cheryl Haas, Anna Haas, Donna Maroon, BJ Martin, Tony Martin and Kaylan Martin.

Patti and I look forward to seeing everyone again next year for Power at the Tower 2025!

Al Letizio, Jr.

Congratulations everyone, we’re always happy to have you here!

Everything you need for your business

Modern, elegant, impressive and fun workspace

In the greater Windham area, many work-at-home business people are seeking a professional environment, away from the home office, where they can entertain and provide services for their clients, in an environment that conveys the ultimate in professionalism. They are not looking to lease traditional office space, but rather are interested in a full service, flexible, shared office environment that provides them options of scalability based upon need. They also seek services and amenities not available in traditionally leased office space. The region offers nothing to meet the market’s growing demand for this type of professional space.
