💋 Lip Filler Aftercare Instructions

To ensure the best results and a smooth recovery, please follow these guidelines after your lip filler treatment:

Immediately After Treatment:
Expect mild swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising—this is normal and will improve within a few days.
Apply a cold compress (wrapped in a clean cloth) for 10–15 minutes at a time to reduce swelling.
Keep your head elevated for the first night and avoid lying face-down.

First 24–48 Hours:
Avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure (saunas, hot tubs, tanning), and alcohol, as these can increase swelling and bruising.
Do not apply makeup directly on the treated area for at least 24 hours.
Stay hydrated—water helps your fillers settle beautifully.

General Care:
Do not massage or press on your lips unless instructed by your provider.
Avoid dental work, facials, or lip treatments for 2 weeks.
Arnica tablets or topical Arnica gel can help reduce bruising.

When to Contact Us:
If you notice increasing pain, severe swelling, blanching (whitening of the skin), or any unusual changes, call us immediately.
💫 Most patients see swelling resolve within 3–5 days, with full results visible at about 2 weeks.
