We had the joy of learning herbal first aid with 7Song this weekend in Maine 🌿💚

His down-to-earth wisdom and hands-on teachings left us so inspired. We covered practical herbal care for real-life situations—wounds, trauma, immune support—and walked away more grounded in our role as herbalists and healers.
