Small Miracles, Big Courage: This is George's Story:

"This is George - a beautiful, neurodivergent boy with a courage all his own. Today, he and his mom, Sonya, drove all the way from Canterbury, NH so George could experience the Harmonic Egg® in person. He’d had a remote session before, but Sonya, ever the resilient and open-hearted steward of her son’s care, felt called to bring him here herself this time. I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure how long George would stay inside the Egg. Yet there he was: choosing his colors, holding the little remotes in his hands, settling into the chair with a quiet bravery that stopped me in my tracks. And then… he stayed. ALL. FIFTY. MINUTES. When Sonya and I opened the Egg door together, I cried. Moments like this are a privilege—being trusted with even a small part of his care is a gift I never take lightly. This holiday season has felt full of signs, synchronicities, and small miracles woven into ordinary days. Yesterday a client asked how to feel more connected to her angels. “Just ask,” I told her. Hours later, she sent me a photo of a license plate shining with the angel number 8888.Driving home from my session with George, I saw a car with NP—my dad’s initials—beside the angel number 44… then another with 55… then another with 99. And two nights ago, an IET session with a new client touched me so deeply it felt destined…an instant connection with a stranger that had us chatting long into the night. All of these experiences keep reminding me that the world is generous in small, steady ways. It’s living courageously with an open heart that allows us to truly see it. I am profoundly grateful to George, Sonya, Kimmy and Mary for the ways each of them touched my heart this week.

I feel more Alive!

"I entered the Egg with the intent to release all unexpressed emotions and to fully feel and express my emotions with ease and grace.

While I was in the Egg, I saw a solid rectangle cube about three inches wide and five inches long and about in inch thick leave my solar plexus area. I was amazed to see this happening. As I left my body, I heard about two sentences from my mom speaking. I don’t know what she said though.

When I came out of the Egg my word was “Light” and I had a smile on my face. It felt easier to breathe and deeper.

When I arrived home, I immediately fell asleep for nearly four hours.

What I noticed after my Harmonic Egg® session was:
1. I was breathing easier and deeper
2. I felt lighter
3. I started laughing a lot and a lot and a lot – which I hardly ever laugh
4. The next morning I woke up and got on the scale – which I do every morning – and I had lost four pounds – all emotions being released!
5. One morning waking up I heard my mom’s voice again leave my solar plexus area – I don’t know what she said though
6. People have commented on how I’m participating more in conversations with groups of people – where I usually just listen
7. I felt and expressed my emotions freely – even crying when I presented at World AIDS Day – the grief was real and heart felt
8. I can feel again, and I can share my emotions with ease and grace

"I felt compelled to send an update on my experience at Realign Your Life Wellness Center. Sometime ago I began to experience debilitating headaches that were diagnosed as Occipital Nerve Pain. I’ve suffered 3 concussions, lost my home, and buried my brother in recent years. I’ve also suffered from severe ADHD, tremors, and crippling anxiety for as long as I can remember. As time goes on, the symptoms continue to worsen. I’ve seen my doctors for treatment and each time I leave with another prescription. I’ve asked about the vagus nerve several times and all I get is a blank, dismissive stare. When Michelle at Vitality Room told me that she starts all her clients in the Harmonic Egg® with an Autonomic Nervous System reset, I cried. Finally, someone understood what I’ve known all along and I felt heard.

My first session surpassed my expectations. It felt like I was only in the Egg for about 10 minutes. How in the world was that 50 minutes?! I came out a different woman. I even called her when I got home to tell her how incredible I felt! Less tremors, calmer, and I had stopped catastrophizing.

When I came in for my 2nd session, I was a nervous wreck. Anxiety, stress, and difficulty breathing. My dog was having medical issues and that just sent me over. When I came out of the egg that second time, my neck tension had released, and my breathing had returned to normal. I felt significantly calmer and my dizziness had lessened.

Each session continues to provide much needed relief. I’m noticing that my responses to the circumstances that happen around me aren’t as extreme as they might have been had I not been visiting the egg. I look forward to continuing this healing journey.

"I was given the chance to try three Harmonic Egg® sessions to help with my anxiety and stress. I’m a university student and have been struggling with a family situation that’s been really hard on me. My anxiety was through the roof, and I couldn’t focus on anything.
