Today’s enormous shout out is to Adrienne McCarthy who demolished the Ottawa Ironman on Sunday. Despite facing a few unexpected challenges, she persevered and finished in FOURTH PLACE in her division 🤯🏆! Way to go, Adrienne!

A huge congratulations to our very own Kim Lindquist who rode in her second annual Pan-Mass challenge over the weekend. Kim trained for months and raised over $10,000 in honor of her late mom, Sue. I never met Sue, but based on how her daughter turned out, she had a lot to be proud of. Way to go, Kim! 🚴‍♀️
