Well it appears that trump has reclassified cannabis to schedule 3 from schedule 1. So schedule 1 is like the same classification as he**in, fentanyl and some other strong drugs even higher then co***ne which is on schedule 2. Schedule 3 has drugs like Tylenol on it. So now we can say w**d is as safe as Tylenol and I'm not going to complain about the omission of the 280e.

For those that don't know about the 280E it's basically that the federal government allows the sale of a federally illegal substance as long as we pay the tax. Which is a s**t show.

The background on the 280 e stems from al Capone. When he was busted for tax evasion his lawyer argued that he should be able to write off the cost involved in producing the product as long as you pay the tax and the government created the 280E.

For a dispensary this means can't write off the cost for those working in the dispensary, no advertising write offs, no labor write offs, no nothing write offs but I can for say my commercial manufacturing kitchen and grow spaces etc. anything related to production so to say.

I'm apprehensive on this as for true freedom for the plant it should have been de classified instead of re classifying it. It worries me that this is the first step for pharmaceutical companies and those who can afford to push compounds through the FDA and eventually take over the market and believe me, they have been chomping at the bit for this.

In summary, I don't know how the future will let this all unfold but I know as a medical cannabis caregiver I will keep doing what I can to help my fellow man with this plant in any way I can legally. I'm happy that some may show more respect for what I do as now it comes with showing medical value , which I've known since it saved me from opiates nearly 17 years ago.

Many don't know that our bodies manufacture cannabinoids , some more then otherls. Nevertheless, cannabinoids are importand to our well being and I believe many conditions can be greatly improved by cannabinoids. I also believe that many have a deficiency of said cannabinoids in our systems. Being a medical ma*****na caregiver for 15 years now I can't tell you how many lives I've seen changed by it's use and I'm not talking for the worse. Anxiety relief, stress relief, chronic pain relief, social issues improved, even healing those with cancer. There are so many I could speak of but you get the idea. The right combination of Cbd and Thc can change your life and I'm not saying walk around high all the time as can be very beneficial on lower doses. Educate yourself on the endrocannabinoid system and how it is ingrated to our bodies and you'll understand. God gave us this plant and God gave us this endro receptors so doesn't it make sense that it is already part of us. As humans we can suffer with vitamin deficiency like magnesium, potassium, vitamin D,C,E and we don't even think how it impacts us until we improve then we're like oh I feel better. Every day we preach this to who will listen but it is up to you to be responsible for your betterment, as caregivers we're just here to help guide you to the right products based on science and experience in helping over 40,000 people at this point.
