Join us for “Workout With Us: Amie & Danielle” — where movement meets emotion.

Today’s exercise is all about identifying a feeling… and then moving through it.

Feeling stressed? Do some shoulder rolls.
Feeling overwhelmed? Take a walk and focus on your breath.
Feeling stuck? Shake it out — literally. Move your body and break the tension.
Feeling hopeful? Lean into it with something energizing and uplifting.

There’s no “right” way to do this. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s awareness.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, name what you’re feeling, and give your body a chance to respond.
