Are you feeling anger towards someone? Well, instead of raising your voice and doing something you normally wouldn't, take a pause, and instead of being mad at them, feel bad for them. Feel sad for the individual that feels so much pain, and misery that it spills over onto you. Feel the compassion and feel the empathy towards another. We are all human; we all have struggles which we are working on. Look inside yourself and heal yourself of the pain, anger, sadness and other emotions that cause you to feel bad, and take control of the peace in your mind. Only YOU can create peace in your life.
